ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

In its search for aesthetic integration with the surrounding environment, whether man-made or natural, Pagano unites innovation, technology and tradition in a manner that, far from jeopardizing harmony, enhances the indigenous features of a place. This the spirit that underlies Pagano’s drive for functionality and satisfaction of each individual client’s specific needs. In preparing the architectural design of a new structure, Pagano studies the distribution of spaces with meticulous care, and makes every effort to convey its vision to the client by means of floor plans, architectural layouts, cross-sections, prospects, and indoor and outdoor 3D views.

DETAILED DESIGN

This is when the functional and architectural requirements defined in the previous phase of the project are translated into execution drawings. In this phase each individual element—whether extremely small or large in size (beams, panels, accessories, components of wiring, ducting and other equipment)—is scanned and represented in files and in a set of graphical execution tables containing all the information required to manufacture the element in question.

MANUFACTURING

High-tech machinery controlled by advanced software technology manufactures each element, whether extremely simple or extremely complex, with scientific precision. Master workers then assemble those elements into macrocomponents with meticulous care. The result is guaranteed high quality.

BUILDING YARDS

Since all technological elements are prefabricated, the yard needs no water and is perfectly clean, in that the only work required is the final assembly and tightening together of macrocomponents. There is no need for fixed logistic equipment. The work is done using light work equipment, such as the crane trucks used to transport the building elements. Walls and self-supporting panels for flooring and roofing can be manufactured with almost unlimited dimensional flexibility. This means that the building yard can be located just about anywhere, with no harmful consequences to the surrounding environment.
